1/2 scenes have different Realtime GI settings.

Unity のプロジェクトを Unity 2018.2.7f1 にアップデートしたら
Unity 再生中にシーンを切り替えた時に上記の警告が発生するようになった

この警告を非表示にする方法は現状存在しないようで、
Unity 2018.3 以降で修正されるらしい
